My Team leader is very active and sometimes conducts a wellness activity within the team.

They are very easy to approach and they are very willing to listen whenever you have problems whether it is work-related or emotional problems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be honest, it doesn't matter to me, however, there are sudden changes in my campaign and we will be deducted for over lunch/breaks without transparency and it might not be disputable. I hope we will be given a chance to dispute the deductions since our data did not match what they want to deduct.
