The best thing about my team is being fair and our integrity as a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a tenured folk. I believe I should be offered more. Initially I have experience with this field and the offer I had was just the same as the newbies or first timer on the field. And being here for 2years already I think its better if we we're offered at least annual increase with no exceptions.
