Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that TU can do a better compensation and better incentive program
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think my manager lacks focus on what really matters and some of them do not function in sync with operations. They are not being properly mentored.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There has been a performance appraisal last year and I got a 5. However, when the new salary was released. I did not get an increase and my rating was changed to 3. I don't think I deserve to be rated at 3 when I am a 5 and did not receive the proper compensation.
