When I am able to really help customers, not just telling them what it is supposed to be said to calm them down and end the call.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Less hours working or increase the payment. Some kind of eventual extra training to know exactly what I must work on or more than 1 hour of coaching.
