Its actually all good the culture, ambiance, the company people is great. The only thing that i can think of is that the company might be consider a competetive salary. The rate of inflation is high nowadays.

Before its people first everything is perfect not until the company change the HMO to icare which is causing us a lot of inconvinience just to cost cutting. But overall its all good. Thanks for the free food.

Not competetive salary, then you changed our HMO to Icare which is giving us a lot of inconvinience because of cost cutting

We really appreciate all the benefits that we are getting from the company the only concern that we have is the salary is too low. Other company is offering a competitive salary thats why others are resigning. But we really appreciate the company for everything salary is still a salary.
