Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
At first when I joined TU I was very happy because the job is easy but as days goes by getting harder AND Harder DUE TO UNREASONABLE updates in our policies, I was told by ,my friend that leave is just easy to file in TU as long as you have 2 weeks before notice in filing leaves but now it's not

I like Taskus literally PEOPLE FIRST company

Very satisfied so far so good more incentives and salary incrase please

my team mates and the job of being content moderator it's fun
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't know what to say yet because I'm not happy with the migration that happened in our LOB
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Atleast to have salary increase you know prices in the market are all increasing we should have a salary increase too

TU has a good working environment w/c help us TM's to be moe productive and happy while working. We never feel pressured because they know how to care about their people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just bhope that we get an increased with our pay because when our LOB got merged with ig feed and grid I just feel that we are under paid and I just hope that there will be an annual appraisal for our basic pay
