Other employees such as sentinel, cleaners and food servers are kind
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No Hazzard pay at all specially during pandemic, no medical and optical reimbursement, very low basic
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-teammates are fine but not my team lead she doesn't know how to manage a team properly, she needs to improve professionalism, avoid bias and personal grudge
