
it's hard for agents if we keep on having redeployment or changes almost every month
though they give us opportunity to advance our career but the security of having a job is not that great since we always have reductions or redeployment
they don't discriminate anyone in the company
They put our welfare above all

seeing the team is what makes me most happy
higher salary would be better
the comradery is what i like best about the leadership team
mostly when our team interacts more like wellness session with the team
they think of other options to retain you in your position before they make a decision
people don't judge if you make a mistake, instead they give you feedback to be better.
a higher compensation, since we do flex at some LOBs in our campaign. A better compensation would do.
because of the demand of workload they want us to do the pay is not in line with it.
It's how they are concerned with out mental health which is why having a way for a consultation is highly recommended
