take out the no cleansing period of NTE, NTE for different items, monthly incentive, yearly incentive
there should be an account incentive like if you hit the marks monthly you should get a bonus or like yearly increase
the account should have been easy initially when i started with the company it was so relaxing, but due to high attrition now there is high call volume and management seems like they want to kick you out if you made a mistake
