Fare allowance must be implemented

transportation allowance, yearly increase without doing human project or anything

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They should know how to keep good teammates with fair intentions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because i was not paid fairly. No attendance bonus, LOW SALARY, slow appraisal, no incentives (very hard to attain compared to last 3-4 yrs rules)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Low salary become one of the main reasons to be demotivated but I don't have any choice but to go to work every day but please be considerate regarding this concern
