My overall experience at work is great. I enjoy the balance of breaks, and the snacks and coffee which allows the team to have good morale, and that feeling spreads throughout.

The feeling of inclusion, as well as the inclusivity among my peers.

The coffee, as well as the security in knowing we have constant work and my hours are secure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability that we have to feel comfortable in the area we have to relax on our off time. I also enjoy how approachable each person is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The price of living has significantly gone up. I do appreciate the competitive pay, however I do feel that with the security measures and confidentiality as well as the sensitivity of the clients we are working with, it would be fair to expect to be compensated fairly for the reasons stated above.
