I'm enjoying staying here because of the light environment and for having a work-life balance, however, I'm having second thoughts to look for another company that has a higher salary.

I like how they are transparent to us, teammates

when my friends are not on their rest days

they are all friendly and I'm happy working with them

They are approachable and easy to get along with. They are extending their help to those teammates who are not on our team as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As the inflation rate continues to rise up, I think that our salary isn't enough to provide for our daily needs as an employee.And it is sad that our basic salary isn't increasing every year unless you'll apply for the Human Project and if there's a chance that you will be receiving a merit increase
