Every member of the team helps one another not by spoon feeding but by guiding each other on where to get the correct answer to the problem which will then be a part of their daily routines.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Giving each a person a voice and respecting everyone's opinion and ideas which may lead to a collaboration of ideas will surely lead to the best possible course of action which will in turn make the job a little easier as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pointing out a persons weak points and providing a clear plan to help them overcome them based on the persons capabilities is a very big factor that motivates people to stay and at times may even lead to a person discovering new talents as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Each call is unique being able to help out a customer find the best solution is one that motivates me the most. Hopefully when the time comes that I am the contacting customer service I may find a person who would act the same way I did while was the one providing service.
