Since i am working as a Content Moderator, it is different from my past jobs so it is easier for me to cope up with the changes. Also, we are working from home so its less hassle to travel to work. That's the most good benefit that we teammates have as of now.

I am happy because we are working from home, but regarding the LOBs and account changes it makes a lot of confusion for us.

Too much changes in a month, low increase and unhappy with bonuses and incentive is too low.

Gaining new knowledge and of course, the pay even if it's not that high still it gives my family food on the table.
