I know them already. They are good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The good characters of the support and up.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
An agent should be put to a LOB wherein they can show their potential best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not saying that we are undervalued but it is better if the salary could be raised by a bit. The inflation is too high these days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are still new in the LOB and am still not able to fully know about our direct managers so I am still not able to provide an answer to that. But our team leader, most likely our SME, are very good ones.
