Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Loyalty and hard work are not fully recognized. They are giving more importance with the investors than us, frontliners.. They spent more money with the events and clients than us, Teammates. Salary is too low, yet did not even consider that all the goods and services in the market are getting high
