I like how chill we are while we're doing our job because it's non-voice. I like how my team and direct supervisor promote an awesome work synergy. I just don't like how unambitious the upper management is in terms of giving noncompetitive benefits to it's employees.

They are friendly but most of the time shy.

We are working from home.

Um, they are lacking everything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They say that the company was "people first" driven but it looks like they (management) don't really care about us at all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I will admit, this is one of the most chill company I joined with. It is probably because of our campaign that is non-voice so it has lesser stress work nature.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Overall I think the company is very stingy about it's employee benefits and all. It can be improved by the company providing competitive salary package from average to above market standards.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our department has average or below standard salary package. I also consider the recent Christmas voucher worth P235 as an insult instead of a gift because of how cheap and thoughtless it is.
