The team that I have currently.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The pro-activeness of the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I can say, is all about who is leading our team. Our leader is really a leader, a mother at most, caring, on hand but never afraid to voice her opinions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is you can kind of say is unique. We are a sensitively insensitive in a sense that we are collaborative of each other, we got our backs as long as we can in terms of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am undervalued in terms of the current economic problem. I believe a good company has to see through most of their employees needs, especially the salary. The salary wasn't reflecting on what we could spend our needs of it. In a shorter terms, I can say that they're keeping a blind eye.
