
Better quality of work in the customer service field
The customer shopping experience too bad this only temporary work according to the job offer.
Transparency. Training process had no explanation what's so ever. They treated me like a cow. It makes people fill like their style of treating the labor right is by trafficking. A lot of my trained co worker quit the job.
This company needs constructive team work as to providing more assistance to the new hire employee trainer, needs to really pay more attention to the new hired staff, Too much time is invested in the training course and there is no success in what the new hire achieves before entering operations.
I've asked so many time for assistance while in training and I have been ignored, horrible training process with no time to shadow to be able to have some one explaining the process in detail how to do the job. At least provide 48 hour of shadow while in training. The fact that I had to be hired tem
