I've just started, at first it was actually awesome, but when I get to do the work/role itself, the fun was lesser.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are easy to be with and we always help one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very accommodating and they always made sure that we'll be able to be included even if we're just newbies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the HMO and the free food, but I hope the basic salary will be higher in the long run because it really is sad when you get your 13th month and it's not as high as the other companies can offer.
What makes you most happy at work?
The Massage Chair to be honest, I hope you guys can add a punching bag in each side of this Production and the 7th floor in Chariot should be renovated the same way how lively the 2nd floor is. This is only a feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the events and also the prizes. But I just want to raise something about the UKI, it feels like most of the time, UKI Driver is not that included in the gatherings, though professionally we understand that the site can't go 0 but it would be better if we we'll be included right?
