It's fun doing something new, being productive and meeting new people at the same time. Culture is great, no obvious discrimination, managers are always reachable and very accommodating.

My workload is manageable, work pace is great. My co workers are wonderful
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication line is open. TL is very supportive. TMs are good at we are assigned to do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much discrimination, encourages expressing ones opinion, always cascades updates and information that all employees should be informed about.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope they can make the compensation more competitive and more relevant in terms of the economic situation of the country at this time.
