Communicating effectively and being available.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We're now paid below average for most job roles. No yearly merit increases. Benefits have been cut. TaskUs is going down hill.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CEO and leadership need to be replaced. The two co founders cashed out right after the IPO to the tune of $160 million. They had so little faith that they sold out. That same year, we got merit increases of 1% during high inflation. That's a joke. They're just another evil corporate machine.
