I like it that my TL really supervised us well and always update us. He also consider what can make us more comfortable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are trained for diff skills yet our skills allowance is not raising. What we are saying is that we want to have at least a skills allowance rate since we are trained in diff LOB and it is also considered a skill.
