Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Changing our schedule and roles immediately makes me feel undervalued as my health is not able to adapt to the situation and changes for my job. I feel undervalued as I am working to other role even I did not sign up for that job in my contract. That should be compensated as well since it is very di
