Nothing much working from office is monotonous.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing particular. Travel allowance good, Gym is good
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing Particular. But our OM is really supportive and understanding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That they are giving WFH to everyone but not our LOB.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lacking bonding and a lot of gossip on the floor. WFH is better.
