It would really depends on who is in the position. I'm fortunate enough to be under a kind and considerate OM and TL.

Best things about my team are we have the best TL who supports and cares for his agents and all of us interact and work well with one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive is that everyone regardless of status treats one another as same level. No matter how high the position is, the same level of respect is being provided to all subordinates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
What would make me feel better about my compensation is that if we could receive an incentive for the times that we give our top performances. We feel undervalued if sudden unexpected changes happened that we're not informed beforehand.
