Everyone has the freedom to express themselves and the environment never discriminates. Most of the people has genuine concern with everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team moves and acts as a single body. We got different tasks but we move in synchronization with one another. Everyone supports everyone.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pandemic is not over. As more and more people are returning to the office, space is scarce. Hybrid schedule is one of the best way to rectify this.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
our workload does not compensate well with our pay. We are getting more workload but our pay stays the same. Also, inflation is getting higher and higher making our pay less valuable.
