My leadership team is accessible. They are real people and colleagues who have worked in the same roles as other team members. That gives them an advantage to understand and address our concerns.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have experience and credentials. I also contribute to my team and go the extra mile. But I am the only woman on the team, I think it determines how much I am paid, compared to my colleagues.
