The higher ups (OM above) in this online delivery platform (Imus Site) account have favorites and are too invested in the "Client First" culture instead of being "People first". A certain Senior Manager is very pushy to the point that the account is toxic due to bad management. Underpaid employees.

Too proactive, innovative, and passionate

Needs improvement in terms of communication. Responsiveness, trust, proactiveness.

Too many skilling with less pay. You are overworked but underpaid.

>Too many changes, no consistency. >Underdeveloped partnership/employment crucial for the company to run. >not all level 3 escalations are approachable >Can be improved by providing consistent product processes and contract based full time partners. Improve L3 attitude.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

1. LZN still adheres to the provincial rate, but compared to other sites, we heard that they are being paid higher. Since we do the same tasks, even more to some people - we would love if TaskUs can bypass this and provide the same rate as the metro. 2. Provide additional HMO benefits (self care)
