compared to other companies we are a bit lower when it comes to basic salary same with the incentives

the company itself , co-employees....It would not take me 8yrs if I dont love my work and my TU itself :)
What are some of the best things about your team?
we are transparent with each other and helps one another when it comes on performance, we always strive the best as a team and most important is that we have a very good immediate superior and Om's who make sure that everyone is in the same page when it comes to updates in our LOB
