What do you like best about the leadership team?
a good leader is able to bring out the best abilities in his/her team members and motivate them to work together in achieving a shared goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm hoping that the Company will add additional health card beneficiaries or at least cover half of the fees for the excess of more than 2 initial beneficiaries.
What makes you most happy at work?
the culture here is different I've bee been in a call center company for at least 12 yrs and this Taskus is by far the best of all of them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TaskUs give importance to the employees especially mental health they have a life coach that we can talk to every time we need advice. for me mental heath is the most important of all.
