Employee engagement is not enough, sitting capacity is not enough, and food serving is not enough.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have more than 10yrs of experience in BPO industry and the HR was not able to give me a competitive salary rate. Now that I am here in Bulacan, I chose TU because of the culture, I thought TaskUs is the same culture with TELUS International Philippines where I came from but it's not.
