Daily it's become worse. I pray one day I'm out of here. I am looking for other opportunities.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

More Visibility of our C levels or executive team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Culture of openness is there but it's not genuine specially from middle management.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Stop being condescending and have that mentor mentality instead of calling out people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Phone allowance since we're handling trainees, Market Value compensation - 40k. Annual bonus for the Training team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Proper turn over of things. TaskUS to learn to say No to clients if the project timelines is not feasible.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Bump in compensation. More benefits and have an IS that's moderate in terms of reminders - not looking over your shoulders

Culture of aggressive acceptance of new projects even if it's not realistically feasible. Change and improvement starts above to trickle down..

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount im paid is not enough to compensate the job im doing. Plus the pressure that stems from the leaders expectations of You. Stop overusing the word - when needed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication- top to bottom, Apply the concept of Frontline first across the board not just the rank and file, Respect time off and Shift schedules. Most of the time leaders such LXM and Operations SOM, OM, thinks that LXL are 24/7. They are not.
