Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With what we do as LXLs, I truly believe that we are underpaid. We train, support, create materials, think of RBIs and etc. One might think that the things mentioned are easy to do but it takes time to learn, re-visit, review, calibrate on with the support team, and etc to do these things.
