referring to the ops, not doing the job and passing it do others to finish it

if they say 300% and will be given overtime pay, it doesn't reflect and very small amount

I am no longer excited to work and feel tired even when walking inside the site or prod

I can't really say what I like about the leadership team. I don't see my self working for long here, sad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are times that the Overtime would not appear or reflect on the pay slip and it is really confusing. There must be dates when the overtimes were taken.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
be more transparent and provide a clear and more visible update given by the "clients". It would be better if they can send an email showing the agreement from the said clients.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
at first, I really thought this is a people's first company but now, I do not feel the essence of the people's first in this place or maybe just on our lob

some of my co-workers are fine and when it comes to work, they're really hard-working. other workers, I do not want to interact wit them, and I do not like the attitude they're showing
