Its good but there are times when some managers tend to micro manage us even if we are not under their wings, some leaders when they see us as a threat the feel that they should donthings to bring us down

They always fine a way to make you laugh even on bad days

My Tl he always does the best he can for the tram. Our manager not so much just always saya no.

Not much with the other leaders just my own team leder he aways keeps us updated and attends to our needs, others they dont seem to care specifically managers up might want to check on them
