I like most part except the basic pay, and how movements are done.

The are smart people and very thoughful!

I can't think of anything at the moment.
What makes you most happy at work?
My teammates and being with written. But this might change if will be moved to voice. Real talk :)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My basic pay is in the lower level in the industry. New hired has higher basic pay than us tenured.
