Salary alignment to all other TLs since we have the same job/tasks.

Just a hearsay that new TLs are being paid higher. And I don't understand why.

I believe I deserve to be paid with the services I provide with my campaign and the company.

Not understanding as to why we always had this mindset about 'provincial rates' wherein all prices are somehow the same and increasing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great team work. And even if I left them on their own while I'm on leave, I know that they can handle the production and would still achieve their targets.
