at the beginning it was okay, you can feel at home or just chill as their are activities that made not think of work. Unfortunately as years go by, TaskUs is becoming a BPO centric or business-minded instead. I'm starting to feel the downfall of being People First company.

in the beginning , the company environment was great especially on site , it went downhill during pandemic where slowly changes into a sort of a profit oriented company and work life balance is starting to fade .

at the beginning it was a good start, you can feel the people first value but as time goes by taskus was not able to sustain it, the OUTSOURCING REIMAGINE thing is leading us to be profit oriented company thus losing its value - the people itself. can you also STOP SUGARCOATING things like our salar

I guess the people in the bottom tier are still human

I guess they need to embody what people first actually mean .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the salary is doesn't compete with the prices of stuffs anymore .

increase our salary that it can still beat inflation or have attendance bonus as separate

I think we can add financial assistance like we always suggest during quarterly survey

the company is open for all gender and would also help you even in personal level

we given addtl work without addtl pay , and has I think give us more allowances so we can keep up with the inflation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
bec they are giving us addtl workload but no extra compensation ? and still brags that we are the best with clients but can loyalty and greatness can actually pay the bills and feed us ? Give what is due
