That I'll get paid complete and I get to make myself busy. Also I get to engage with my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A little raise of the basic or allowance pay would be very much appreciated and very helpful as the goods and rents are all increasing but our salary remains the same. It can't seem to keep up with our bills and basic needs.
