im happy but not satisfied with my salary because of the expenses and bills

the company is okay. salary si too low. the management compare the last to years is different. the standards in hiring new employees is so high. they hire people with college degree and experiences now unlike before.

i feel like we deserve a better salary than this

the salary is too low and it is no longer helpful and aligned to the country's inflation. i think a salary increase would be helpful
