We have IDLE time and the workplace is pleasant

I want profit sharing so there could be performance bonuses

The campaign itself, clients are indeed lenient and are satisfied with our job since they are startups, they don't demand so much.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to strike the balance between people and company's interests. Employees come and go, that's a given thing, but people never leave because of bad company, they leave because of poor management

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Annual Appraisal is different from Annual Increase. Regular annual increase is needed so people would never feel undervalued and combat inflation issues. It feels better when employees are treated as PARTNERS. Hence, shared revenue is equally divided to operations and management team.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Because of people's diversity , most undergraduates tend to think that education/formal education is not needed anymore. While it is satisfactory to think the same, since other graduated individuals seem to share the same income bracket, it is also nice if TaskUs would aim its employees to graduate.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Attendance bonuses is a great tool to motivate attendance. Also, it seems that instead of allowing the mandatory govt sick leaves/unplanned leaves to be used accordingly, but since the score card is affected, it compels you to come to work despite being really sick, It is unhealthy in the long run.
