I don't think this is a bad job for people who are diligent, patient and like to clarify the situation under time pressure. But if you're creative and like interaction with people, then this is probably not the best place for you.

Consider employees as human. Sometimes, we feel like they just want to achieve the goal that our clients make. But they totally forgot that we are real human, we are not robots.
