Salary increase. Loyalty benefits for tenured agents, particularly those who have been with the company for 5 years or more. While commodity prices are rising, wages are not.

the company has changed a lot after the pandemic or after Ube-man resigned. I liked the TaskUs before these changes happened.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
None, I would just recommend that facilities need to clean the floor in the production area as there are a lot of stains on the carpet and facilities seem like they don't care at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
you changed our HMO, I believe you did that since it's cheaper there, but since you changed it we felt unvalued, you just cared about the expenditure of the company and not our well-being. It seems you don't care about Us.
