Good thing here teammates here are approachable and some other supervisor.

There are easy to work with. but some agents are really hard to educate
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to the employee. stop gaslighting everything. Yes, we are thankful for the job but you should listen to our feedback
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
OT hours, you keep on telling us to do ot and there is a rewards but at the end of the day. we are not getting it on time. next there is no incentives. health care is not that great. there is no medicine reimbursement. etc.
