There is camaraderie even we are on WFH arrangement. But we hope to have actual face to face interaction on a social basis too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Consider synching the current rate with the NCR rate not provincial as COL continues to rise since we live in the outskirts of the NCR and costs are comparable.
