I never felt stress and tired when I am with them

I am not stress as simple as that. The feeling is very comfortable

To make us feel that we are not working or we are not just working
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are some dispute on my salary like the triple pay which is not yet resolved and if there is a chance I will really appreciate if there is additional field for incentives.
