At first, it was challenging personally because I had my struggles and emergency cases but on the other hand when we got back on working on site it was quiet an adventure and I can honestly say that I am happy working here.

Friendliness and the positive approach of everyone. Talkative individuals.
What makes you most happy at work?
The vibes. The people. The smiles at everyone's faces.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Real friends. Cares about each other in terms of attendance and such. Funny people. Easy going. Solid team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is taking care of us. However, I don't think the executive team are doing their best and the CEO too. Please correct the actions from the Payroll, thanks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Please increase our salary. I am working here for a year and a half. I know that I deserve an increase and please give our triple pay from last year and also our night differential. We do not make much so please handle this Payroll dispute.
