The company is great but the management in LWT is still a little messy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the people are easy to talk to and are approachable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like TL Cilvia (my Immediate Supervisor) on how she assists us with our concern and as well as leading the team to her full extent. She's a great leader
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we're being underpaid in terms of salary. The nature of our jobs are pretty crucial and thus the pay is kinda low. I believe they should increase our salary in order to keep their employees
