What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
most positive culture is that everyone is friendly like no discrimination at all. Plus the facilities are awesome and can use anytime.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most of the time, OT's and holiday payment aren't complete. Need to dispute multiple times because finance team takes a week or even a month to respond. There's no announcement yet in regards to scholarship for employees
